Thank you for shopping with PiQ Potential! We currently offer shipping to customers in Canada and the United States. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

ORDER TRACKING:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• You can also log in to your account to view the status of your order and track your shipment.
• Sign in at shop.piqpotential.ca/account/login, go to My Orders, and click Track Order. 

PROCESSING TIME:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS:

• We offer several shipping methods for customers in Canada and the United States.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping address.

SHIPPING TIME:

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or customs processing times.
  
• PiQ Potential is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING FEES:

• Customers in Canada will receive FREE shipping on orders over $35 that are purchased on our online store. (Excluding Custom Edition Student Planners).
• Custom Edition Student Planners Fees:
  • 0kg-11kg: $20 CAD
  • 11.01kg-21kg: $30 CAD
  • 21.01kg-31kg: $40 CAD
  • 31.01kg-41kg: $50 CAD
  • 41.01kg-up: $60 CAD

• Customers in the United States will receive FREE shipping on orders over $20 that are purchased on our online store.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• PiQ Potential is currently not shipping to any countries other than Canada and the United States.
